Responsibilities :

• Oversee all operational activities
• Ensure and coordinate a smooth transition between shifts
• Execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans to achieve established goals
• Ensure that forms are completed correctly and accurately
• Promote health and harmony in the team
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times
• Train new employees
• Complete routine reports as required by directors
• Perform quality control tests on products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Must have experience as a supervisor in a production environment or in a job related to metallurgy or chemistry
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel
• Leadership skills
• Critical thinking
• BAC in chemical/ material/ metallurgical engineering
