Job Description:
The Quality Project Improvement Technician is in charge of optimizing performance by carrying out quality improvement projects and defined action plans. To this end, he/she monitors indicators and their implementation, as well as compliance with quality procedures at the site concerned.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes site quality indicators and dashboards
- Drafts activity reports and passes on relevant information to line management
- Propose quality process improvements and participate in their implementation
- Ensures compliance with defined line requirements (control plan, food safety, HACCP, VACCP, hygiene, cleaning, foreign body risk, traceability, etc.).
- Analyze non-conformities and propose improvement actions
- Manages cross-functional files and projects in conjunction with various departments
- Manages quality improvement files
- Oversees certain quality files (referral role)
- Updates quality documents as required (instructions, records, management documents, memos)
- Carries out quality monitoring of industrial trials, with the various departments
- Train staff on quality requirements
- Replaces quality technicians on leave
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a similar position
- Knowledge of quality control (standards and certifications)
- Knowledge of quality procedures (incoming product specifications and control plans)
- Knowledge of safety standards
