Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of the resident intervention plan and implement the agreed upon procedures ;
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living;
  • Organize and lead recreational activities adapted to the residents’ condition;
  • Act as an observer of resident behaviors for the purpose of adjusting the intervention plan;
  • Intervene with families and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Special Education;
  • Practical experience with the elderly;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and patience;
  • Have good listening and interpersonal skills;
  • Good sense of responsibility, observation and organization;
  • Demonstrate discretion in handling confidential files;
  • Demonstrate courtesy and diplomacy.
