Customer Service Clerk

Divine Essence® is a Dorval-based company. We are passionate about scientific and artisanal aromatherapy. As producers and importers, we offer over 200 top-quality essential oils, virtually all of which are certified organic by Ecocert.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic customer service clerk for a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and follow up questions by phone, e-mail or website chat
  • Respond to and process customer returns and complaints
  • Process new customer orders
  • Enter orders received by e-mail or fax into the Sage 300 accounting system and release them to the shipping department after verification.
  • Inform customers of the status of their orders
  • Provide support to sales and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Be comfortable with computers
  • PERFECTLY BILINGUAL, written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of essential oils is an asset
