Job Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic customer service clerk for a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and follow up questions by phone, e-mail or website chat
- Respond to and process customer returns and complaints
- Process new customer orders
- Enter orders received by e-mail or fax into the Sage 300 accounting system and release them to the shipping department after verification.
- Inform customers of the status of their orders
- Provide support to sales and internal teams
Requirements:
- Be comfortable with computers
- PERFECTLY BILINGUAL, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of essential oils is an asset
