Customer Service Representative

Dinco Agencies has been operating since 1994 as an independent group of manufacturers’ representatives serving the food service industry in Quebec and Eastern Ontario (Ottawa area).
Our goal is to provide customers with current information on the products we represent, as well as superior customer/sales support with the help of a highly dedicated and experienced team. Distributors and customers rely on our expertise to provide trendy solutions for their establishments.
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative full time from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders and manage inventory
  • Handle incoming emails and calls from customers and manufacturers
  • Prepare quotes
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships and build loyalty
  • Assist and support the sales and marketing team
  • Participate in virtual meetings and trainings
  • Preparing for and participating in trade shows
  • Process and track customer orders

Requirements:

  • Exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills
  • Basic sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
