Job description
Troubleshooting and entering customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system.
- Handle customer and vendor inquiries, emails and calls.
- Understand our internal systems to provide the most accurate pricing and availability of products;
- Preparing quotations for clients
- Maintain customer contact information
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Communicate appropriately with customers
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills
- Basic business skills
- Ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with our customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry skills to work effectively with our operating system/CRM.
- Technical ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
