Project Coordinator

Located in Lachine, Skyline® has been the leading designer and builder of turnkey trade show exhibit systems, graphics and services. Responsibilities:

  • Effectively exchange project information and requirements with clients, Skyline Customer Service, local and internal Skyline service centers via email, electronic forms, phone calls or in person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and bill after sales.
  • Organize and coordinate installation and dismantling (I&D) services, sometimes on a turnkey basis for clients exhibiting around the world. A certain flexibility with regard to working hours is required.
  • Prepare expense budgets and contracts related to I&D.
  • Schedule and organize production, including air freight and logistics.
  • Submit internal and external requests for services and products.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (verbal and writing skills)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple tasks
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude
  • Be able to recognize and solve potential problems
  • Gather and analyze information
  • Be customer service oriented
  • Desire to learn and improve
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of trade shows would be an important asset
  • Team spirit
  • Must be able to travel in the United States and elsewhere
