Job Description:
Skyline Entourage is looking for a Project Team Leader for trade shows and events. You will play a key role in the planning, organization and execution of various trade shows and events that align with our company’s strategic objectives and brand messages. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of event-related projects. Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, resources and deadlines for trade shows and events;
- Manage a project team, allocating tasks, setting deadlines and monitoring progress;
- Maintain open lines of communication with team members to ensure timely and successful execution of plans;
- Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, service technicians, etc.) to align event strategy with corporate objectives;
- Interface with external stakeholders to ensure a positive event experience;
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all activities are carried out within budgetary constraints;
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising event quality;
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize project disruption;
- Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved;
- Report results and return on investment to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field;
- Bilingualism – interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven organizational skills are essential;
- Proven project management experience, ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
- Ability to travel as needed for events;
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team;
- Ability to negotiate to obtain favorable contracts;
- The candidate must be able to stand or walk for long periods during the events;
- He must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds;
- This position requires a dynamic, organized and results-oriented person, capable of leading a team and successfully completing complex events.
