Job Description:
The Quality Control Technician verifies and certifies the conformity of raw materials with the technical documentation. It intervenes at all stages of the production line. The quality control technician also analyses the manufacturing conditions. It contributes to the improvement of the quality of products and processes. He performs various laboratory tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and sampling of incoming products, production lines and finished products.
- Analyses organoleptiques, chimiques et physiques
- Microbiological analyses according to established methods
- Preparation of material and culture media
- Reading of results, counting and record keeping
- Checking the temperatures of incubators, basins, oven and refrigerator
- Responsible for the calibration of thermometers
- Verification of microbiological results for order release
- Prepare and send certificates of analysis to clients
- Sampling for testing at external laboratories
