Job Description:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent acts as a privileged contact with external and internal customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive customer calls and provide pricing and product information, as well as research when needed;
• Place sales orders in the system;
• Follow up with customers on current orders;
• Follow up on corporate requests, analyze reports and take action;
• All other related tasks.

Requirements:

• DEP in electricity and/or sales training
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Knowledge of the industrial market an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
• Good negotiator, sales and customer service oriented, organized, autonomous and a good listener.
