Job Description:
Our gluten-free bakery (manufacturer) is in transition of expansion. We are looking for a baker to join our team to produce bread and treats.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing dry mixes, pasta, fermenting and baking
- Helping to schedule production and make ingredient orders
- Be able to keep track of inventory
- Be able to use machines (depositor, oven, mixer)
- An asset, mechanically inclined
Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years experience as a baker
- No gluten-free experience necessary, candidate will receive necessary training
- Dependent / punctual / responsible
- Teamwork
- Must be able to lift 25 kg, be physically fit
- Must be able to quickly understand how to use & operate machinery
- A good knowledge of GMP
