Delicious without Gluten, in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is a small factory dedicated to serving people with allergies, intolerances and celiacs to enjoy the goodness of life safely.

Job Description:

Our gluten-free bakery (manufacturer) is in transition of expansion. We are looking for a baker to join our team to produce bread and treats.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dry mixes, pasta, fermenting and baking
  • Helping to schedule production and make ingredient orders
  • Be able to keep track of inventory
  • Be able to use machines (depositor, oven, mixer)
  • An asset, mechanically inclined

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years experience as a baker
  • No gluten-free experience necessary, candidate will receive necessary training
  • Dependent / punctual / responsible
  • Teamwork
  • Must be able to lift 25 kg, be physically fit
  • Must be able to quickly understand how to use & operate machinery
  • A good knowledge of GMP
